Just booked a role on Lie to Me. I will let everyone know the air date when I get it!
Immediately after Christmas I started work on a new movie called Touchback. The script is amazing! The day after I wrapped I headed to Park City for The Sundance Film Festival and the world premiere of Skateland. It was very well received by audiences.
Worked on a fun indie last month called Rubber and I just started work on another project as a character in a video game! It's being shot with MOCAP and since I have never done capture animation before I am having a great time learning about how it all works.
Just wrapped my role on the 6th episode of Three Rivers. It's a new show on CBS with a fantastic cast including Alfre Woodard and Alex O'Laughlin. I love any acting role that includes stunts and this one didn't let me down!
The founders of www.verymeri.com are actively involved in stopping bullying through tee shirt sales and fundraisers. I designed a tee with the slogan "Use Your Heart and Not Your Fists" and it is now for sale on their site. All proceeds benefit Mattel Children's Hospital and that's a very worthwhile cause. Go buy one of my shirts!
Follow me on Twitter at  www.twitter.com/halesbells if you want to know what I'm up to everyday! Some of it's pretty silly but I have to admit that Twitter is a pretty cool invention!

FYI everyone...I do not have a Broadwayspace page, a MySpace page or any fan pages on Facebook. Any that you see are posers. My halesbells on Twitter is the real thing. I have a personal Facebook page but only add people I know.

I was on the July 21st airing of Hawthorne on TNT. It's Jada Pinkett Smith's new show. Loved working on it and the highlight was the wardrobe department's rescued mom dog and her 8 puppies. Lucky dogs! The mom was a stray. Who would dump a dog?

My iCarly episode, called  iReunite With Missy, aired on  Saturday May 16th.  We had a blast filming! Hope you enjoyed watching it. It's in re-runs...all the time.

Joined the Celebrity Read Aloud Tour at Oaks Elementary in Inglewood, CA. We had a rally for the students and then read to the younger ones. The students and their teachers were amazing!

Had a fantastic time at the American Girl Store in Los Angeles. It was National Stop Bullying Day and I read to 400 kids. You can see the pics at www.wireimage.com by typing my name in the search bar.

The movie Skateland is in post-production and I hear it is looking great. Can't wait to see the final cut. I'm expecting some perfect 80s music for the soundtrack!

My friend, celebrity photographer Tyler Shields, had an amazing birthday party and shot and filmed an epic cake fight. Messy and fun. He has one of the photos on his www.tylershields.com site!

I was on The Unit (CBS) on Sunday, March 15th! Hope you got to see it.

Just for fun check out Miranda Cosgrove's YouTube Channel for video of our Sleepover at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. You can also see her music video for Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and maybe you'll catch a glimpse of me, as well! You can find it on my links page!

OLDER NEWS...

Also, I JUST FILMED AN EPISODE OF iCARLY titled iReunite With Missy. I play Missy, a long lost best friend of Carly's. I had a great time working with Miranda again! I will post the air date when I know it.

I wrapped "Skateland" and the director (awesome Tony Burns) has shared some of the footage with us and it is beautifully shot! This will be a movie for everyone. It's a great story and has a great cast including Shiloh Fernandez, Ashley Greene, Taylor Handley, Heath Freeman, Melinda McGraw and Brett Cullen.

My "Eleventh Hour" episode aired on October 23rd. Clips are available on youtube.

RE-RUNS OF  MY "WITHOUT A TRACE" EPISODES HAVE BEEN AIRING. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LISTINGS FOR CHANNEL AND TIME. Or go to my links page and click LocateTV for dates and times of my re runs for all shows and movies.

I also filmed a very memorable scene for the movie "Peck" and had a great time. Wonderful people involved in this project and I was happy to get to be a part of it! Look for the movie in 2009.

If you want to catch my Without a Trace episodes or any other TV or film role of mine that is now showing on TV you can check out locatetv.com. It's clickable from my links page or you can get there on your own. They give air dates and times.

Many thanks to all who came out for the Ronald McDonald House LA Walk for Kids. My team raised over 2000.00. Thanks so much. It was a great day! The sun was out and we walked the 5k with Ronald McDonald and all the fantastic people who support this charity. I will be continuing my Movie Nights at RMHLA.  My actor friends who have starred in kid friendly films come by the house and watch movies with the residents.

The first United Kingdom airing of Ben 10: Race Against Time was on February 11th on Cartoon Network. And on February 10th we were in Leicester Square, in the heart of London, for the premiere. I loved meeting all of the Ben 10 fans! I had such a great time in the UK. The movie is out on DVD now.

Don't forget to make donations to your local food bank. They need canned goods year round and not just during the holidays.
